From 6th to 10th April, the Cultural District (re)dresses up in chocolate. The food of the gods will overflow from the Chocolate Museum and will invade the entire district.
For five days, Chocolate Easter is the ideal excuse for a visit to WOW.
The opening event will be on the 6th, at 6:30 p.m., with a concert in the Central Square, held by the Sociedade Musical 1º de Agosto – Banda de Música de Coimbrões. Also in the Central Square, there will be a giant Easter Egg, 3.5 m high, perfect for photos with friends and family.
In addition, daily, visitors can enjoy, for free, the chocolate market and the chocolate eggs exhibition. There is also musical entertainment every afternoon, except on Easter Sunday. The Easter Bunny will also walk around WOW and promises to distribute fun… and chocolate, of course!
In WOWs Museums, there will be egg hunts, games and wine pairing. Ticket prices remain the same as usual. Everybody who buys tickets to the museums during the Chocolate Easter will also get free entrance to the showcookings and to the children’s painting and handicraft workshops.
