You're guaranteed a journey through the various styles and eras of fado: starting with the traditional, going through the great songs and ending with the contemporary. It's a presentation in several sets, with one of the parts dedicated to Amália Rodrigues, of course.
A dinner with a special menu that promises an authentic experience! It starts with appetisers on the table with delicious starters: artisan bread, olives, cod fritters, rojõezinhos with pickles, peixinhos da horta, among other delicacies, duly paired with Sílica White 2023 from the Douro. Afterwards, spoon-fed veal confit at a low temperature with thyme, potato cream and Mirandela alheira, broccoli, confit cherry tomatoes and Croft Ruby jus is served. Paired with São Lourenço Tinto 2019, from Bairrada. The final course is served with freshly churned crème fraîche, caramelized pecans and red berries. Toast with Croft Reserve Tawny NV Port wine!
