Climate change, overexploitation of natural resources, social inequalities... There are many challenges that Humanity currently faces. Talking about chocolate, these days, is also talking about many of these topics and looking for solutions to safeguard what is one of the most exciting foods in the world is, perhaps, finding answers to cross-cutting challenges facing Humanity. More than a visit, this will be a space for discussion and reflection on how we can design a sustainable future for chocolate and for all of us.
