WOW Carnival

Two days of samba and fun

On February 10th and 11th the atmosphere heats up at WOW. To mark Carnival, we are preparing a program that includes more than 10 hours of activities on each day. On Saturday, the party runs from 4pm to 3am and on Sunday, revelers will be able to party from 3pm to midnight.

The party will be provided by DJs Pastel and Fabinho Bw and eight different attractions, including the Samba School "Vai Quem Quer", from Estarreja. This is one of the most traditional schools of Carnival in Portugal, with countless trophies collected over more than 10 years of curriculum. The line-up also includes Roda de Samba Cravo e Canela, several bands and other Brazilian projects that promise to bring tropicality to the cold north.

The party location will be Lemon Plaza, ensuring comfort day and night. A buffet with feijoada will also be available between 4pm and 11pm.

Tickets will be sold in lots. There is the possibility of purchasing a party and meal together or just a ticket to access the entertainment.

Kids zone and free access for children

On Saturday and Sunday of Carnival, a children's entertainment area will be set up: at Lodge 6, next to the Pink Palace. The little ones can enjoy inflatables, trampolines and other entertainment.

There's more: this weekend, as well as every February weekend, children and teenagers up to, and including, 12 years old are free to enter the WOW museums: an excellent opportunity for families to create memories together and learn a little more about cork, chocolate or even the history of the Porto Region.
